Thank you notes

THANK YOU NOTES

I have just returned from my PO Box, and have the biggest smile on my face! I was excited to receive not one thank you note today, but two! As far as I am concerned, nothing beats a hand written heart felt thank you note! Sure it is great to get an email, but actually holding a piece of bright and cheery card stock hands down wins!!

I must admit that I have been a bit lax about updating my testimonials, and that is definitely something that is important to me, so I will share these two notes, with more to follow...

Aloha! I just returned from my honeymoon in Hawaii today and I just wanted to let you know how talented you are and how everyone loved their makeup! SUSIE & IAN

This wedding was one of those where you say to yourself, I just love what I do! Susie was not only beautiful, but she was so super sweet! Both she and her Mother made me feel so comfortable in their home. And now that I am looking at these photos, I am smiling ear to ear. My only regret is that I didn't get to meet Ian. They make such a beautiful couple!

The highlight of my day was when I got to sit at the Doar's kitchen table and grab a bite of lunch with my photographer friend Sarah Schulte! I know it sounds silly, but she is so fun, and I was so jealous that she was going to get to spend the day with them and I wasn't! Check out the fabulous pictures that she took that day!!

GINA & PETE

When I first met Gina, I knew that we were going to have fun together. Gina was not only beautiful, but she had a great sense of humor! And the biggest plus... she LOVES makeup!

I had so much fun working with Gina and her family on the day of her wedding! I just knew that the day would be smooth sailing for all, because Gina hired the best of the best to help her out on the day of!

I just LOVE how Jennifer Childress captured Gina and Pete's personalities in the amazing photographs below. And with Joy Moody there second shooting, that was just icing on the cake!

Meghan Cahill did a wonderful job on everyone's hair! Speaking of the best... Erin Proud of Proud to Plan was there to help with the day of coordinating. As always, she does an amazing job. Erin just won Best of My Fox Philly for Wedding Planners-- congrats to Erin and her team!!

Gina's eyes are amazing. She wanted drama, and I was more than happy to oblige. So, by using a black waterproof eyeliner on her lash line, then smoking it out with a charcoal shadow, I was able to make her eyes pop read more...
