Inspiration Shoot
We recently had the pleasure of working with some amazing women on a special inspiration shoot. Erin Proud of Proud to Plan and Lindsay Docherty of Lindsay Docherty Photography orchestrated a beautiful event to show off the creativity and talent of local Philadelphia vendors and inspire to-be-wed couples, and Nina did makeup and simple hair styling for Becky, the model for the day.
Laurita Winery served as an incredible backdrop; the last photo we are featuring is an amazing shot that shows the sun setting behind a field of grapevines. Check out the beautiful photos below, as well as the write up and more photos of the day in Ruffled Blog.

Mothers of the Bride
We find that Mothers of the Bride (and groom) are often the most hesitant to get their makeup done; that is why we wanted to share some photographs of these beautiful 'supporting' roles on this most important day.
I feel like it is so important that the mothers are included in the makeup process for more than one reason. First: it makes them feel included and a part of the day. Second: they of course look and feel better after makeup (who doesn't?!) Third: they look back at the photos with no regrets, confident that they appeared as beautiful as they felt that day.

Holly and Jonathan married on Saturday, October 2nd at Whitemarsh Valley Country Club. We loved working with Holly - she is such a sweetheart! Nina did a great job enhancing the beauty of Holly, her mother and her bridesmaids!
